Strength & Conditioning Program 2015
Start Date: Monday - July 20, 2015
Time: 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM
Location: Wester Middle School (Field House)
Purpose: To prepare incoming athletes for the upcoming seasons.
Who: All incoming 7th and 8th graders attending Wester.
Dates: Monday July 20 - Thursday, August 6
(There will be no program on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays and
no program on Thursday, July 30.)
Time: 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Location: Wester Field House / Track
(Drop off and pick up at the field house behind school)

Additional Information:
- Wester coaches will be running the daily workouts.
- This program will consist of weight lifting, agilities, distance running, speed work etc.
- Water will be available, but they are welcome to bring their own.
- Please wear t-shirt, shorts, and appropriate shoes for working out.
